General information

Venue

The Symposium will be held in Hongo Campus of the University of Tokyo on December 3-4, and in Komaba Campus of the University of Tokyo on December 5. Hongo Campus is the main campus of the University of Tokyo and is situated in the heart of Tokyo. The sessions of December 3-4 take place at the Ito International Research Center (IIRC). Komaba Campus is close to Shinjuku and Shibuya city in Tokyo.

Food or drink must not be brought into the conference halls and rooms at the Ito International Research Center, Hongo Campus.

Language

The conference language is English.

Climate

The climate in early December in Tokyo area is relatively dry and mild. The average temperature during the symposium period is around 9 °C (48 °F).
