Scope of the symposium

The 3rd international symposium on photonics and electronics convergence (ISPEC 2013) will be held at the University of Tokyo, Japan, from Nov. 18th to 20th in 2013. The purpose of this symposium is to provide a forum for discussing recent advances in photonics for future LSI systems and related technologies. The scope of this symposium includes designs, fabrication technologies, and characterizations of photonics-electronics convergence systems and devices. Subjects on Si-photonics, nano-photonics (photonic crystals, plasmonics and so on) and photonic-electronics integration circuits are also covered.
